**Clinical Research Coordinator**
In this critical role, you will be providing support for clinical research projects, varying in size and complexity, from inception to completion with limited supervision for Heart Rhythm Management products.
**Your role:**
+ Support Clinical Study team in study logistics including product shipments, site initiation, monitor visit support, study close out activities in compliance with clinical protocols to ensure seamless execution from initiation to completion.
+ Support Clinical Study team with operationalizing clinical research involving human subjects, ensuring efficient execution at each stage from study design to final analysis, including device management, regulatory document review and maintenance, and metric tracking
+ Collaborate with cross-functional team and key stakeholders including external clinical sites and partners to drive project success.
+ Professional development pathway to work toward a Clinical Research Associate
**You're the right fit if:**
+ You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in the execution of clinical research. Medical device experience and Cardiology therapeutic knowledge is preferred.
+ Your skills include strong knowledge in clinical trial execution, Good Clinical Practice, Global Regulations including management of investigational products; ensuring adherence to regulatory statutes and guidelines.
+ You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
+ Your skills include familiarity with clinical trial application including electronic data capture (EDC), electronic trial master file (ETMF) and Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS). As well as strong writing skills to produce quality clinical documents, including visit reports.
+ Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

**Philips Transparency Details**
The pay range for this position in (Plymouth, MN) is $70,000 to $120,000
The pay range for this position in (Colorado Springs, CO) is $73,000 to $126,000
The pay range for this position in (San Diego, CA) is $78,000 to $134,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
