Clinical Research Data Coordinator
Job Description: The Clinical Research Data Coordinator will play a crucial role in the collection, coordination, processing, and quality control of clinical trial data. This position involves pre and post-research activities, both within and outside the clinical setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and management of data compliance across multiple research projects.
Position Responsibilities:
Collect, coordinate, process, and maintain quality control of clinical trial data.
Perform pre and post-research activities both in clinical settings and other environments.
Ensure the proper implementation and adherence to data management protocols and compliance for multiple research projects.
Work closely with supervisors and healthcare providers to identify data points and answer queries.
Seek clarification on data entry requirements as needed, prioritizing work based on deadlines.
Position Requirements:
Strong knowledge of medical/oncology terminology.
Proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel, and various EDC systems, including Inform, TrialManager, Medidata, and RedCap.
Minimum of an Associate Degree in life sciences or information systems, with experience in the health field preferred.
Preferred 2-3 years of clinical/oncology experience.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, collaborating effectively with supervisors and providers.
