Apply Today! **Job Summary and Qualifications** The Clinical Research Manager (CRM) may oversee investigator-initiated trials (IITs) or industry sponsored trials (ISTs), from implementation to completion, with a key focus on managing project timelines for clinical deliverables, oversight of investigative sites, and working with cross-functional teams and vendors on data collection and site management. The CRM ensures that all clinical tasks meet client and Research Institute expectations and are completed in accordance with the contract, protocol, ICH-GCP guidelines and applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Provide leadership and expertise to ensure successful execution of site selection, study operations, and management of clinical deliverables.​ **Duties include but are not limited to:** + Ensure all contracted study deliverables are met within the expected timelines and quality level. + Develop or supervise the development of all plans and tracking tools used for managing and reporting of study status; Provide study status reports, as needed. + Ensure the selection of sites appropriate to the study needs, where applicable. + Oversee the study start-up process, ensuring all start-up activities are in line with site activation and enrollment timelines. + Train or ensure the appropriate training of site staff and study teams; Ensure all training is appropriately documented. + Proactively work with study sites and relevant team members to ensure enrollment timelines are met. + Oversee the efforts of Clinical Research Associates, ensuring data review, report writing and site management is completed in such a way as to ensure subject safety and data integrity, and compliance with contracted expectations. + Lead study team meetings, ensuring minutes are taken and distributed appropriated, and that action items are documented and resolved in a timely manner. + Ensure the trial master file (TMF) is set-up and maintained from study start to completion; Perform regular audits of TMF documents. + Manage vendors and vendor contracts as needed. + Initiate improvements, tools and forms to enhance the efficiency and the quality of the work performed on assigned projects, as needed. + Create a variety of reports, documents, training tools, and correspondence as needed to assist participating trial sites and for internal purposes in the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the projects progress. + Communicate and escalate unresolved issues at the appropriate time and to the appropriate level of management. **Education & Experience:** + Bachelor’s Degree required + 1+ years of clinical research experience required + 3+ years of clinical research experience preferred + 1+ years of project management experience preferred "The great hospitals will always put the patient and the patient's family first, and the really great institutions will provide care with warmth, compassion, and dignity for the individual."- Dr. Thomas Frist, Sr. HCA Healthcare Co-Founder If you are looking for an opportunity that provides satisfaction and personal growth, we encourage you to apply for our Clinical Research Project Manager opening.
