Clinical Review Pharmacist (100% Remote)

Description

Your main role will be utilizing your clinical skills to complete utilization management reviews (Prior Authorizations, Coverage Exceptions, Quantity Limit Exceptions, and more). You will complete these reviews independently amongst a team of your peers and other pharmacy professionals.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications/years of experience:

•\tDoctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent

•\tCurrent pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy in the State where you are located.

Must Haves:

1.\tAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

2.\tDrive to deliver results orientation.

3.\tA motivated self-starter who does not need constant direction or feedback to drive results.

4.\tAbility to make clinical decisions independently

5.\tFlexibility to change and resourceful

Technology Requirements:

•\tProficient with learning new computer systems, basic IT trouble shooting and using multiple monitors

•\tWord and Excel

•\tAbility to type 35+ WPM

Additional Preferred Requirements:

•\tPrevious PBM or Case/Care Management experience. Retail experience (ex: CVS, Walgreens, etc.) highly preferred vs Hospital experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $55.00/hr.
