The OHSU Doernbecher Fetal Care Program offers comprehensive care for pregnancies complicated by conditions and disorders primarily affecting the fetus. Our multidisciplinary team of experts provides advanced diagnostics, genetic testing, treatments, and services, ensuring that both pregnant individuals and babies receive the best possible care. It is the only program in Oregon to offer such specialized care.
At the heart of our approach is a comprehensive care model, where diagnosis, treatment, delivery, and recovery all take place in one location. This continuity of care enhances convenience and ensures that all pregnant individuals and babies are supported every step of the way. We utilize advanced technologies, such as state-of-the-art ultrasound, MRI, genetic screening and fetal monitoring, to provide accurate diagnostics and minimize risks.
Our team includes specialists in maternal, fetal, and newborn medicine, as well as experts in areas like genetics, heart care, and fetal surgery, allowing us to provide a highly collaborative and holistic approach to each patient’s care.
