Summary
Position Highlights
The Clinical Research Revenue Cycle (CRRC) Quality Auditor II is responsible for planning, executing and documenting data and quality audits within Moffitt CRRC teams for purposes of examining associated risks and evaluating the effectiveness of the CRRC control environment, including monitoring adherence to established policies, external agency regulations, and industry best practices implemented.As an intermediate level audit role, this position will be assigned to one or more areas within CRRC, expecting to serve as a partner and subject matter expert of assigned area(s). This position has a high level of autonomy and influence as the CRRC Quality Auditor II works independently, with all levels of leadership (supervisors, managers and directors) in providing feedback on current processes and assessing effectiveness of the CRRC key controls (which get reported to the Audit Committee).
The CRRC Quality Auditor II position is expected to maintain a higher productivity, more complex workload, function more independently, and act as a peer mentor for CRRC Quality Auditor I team members. As well, the CRRC Quality Auditor II will float between CRRC groups, as necessary, and assigned.

Credentials and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance and/or related business field required. Minimum two (2) years of audit related experience - OR - * Associate’s degree with an additional two (2) years of audit related experience plus the two (2) years (for a total of 4 years) experience may be considered "in lieu" of a a Bachelor's degree.Minimum Skills/Specialized Training Required

- Outstanding written and oral communication skills and attention to detail including proper grammar and
punctuation and utilizes a professional/corporate style of communication.
- Critical attention to detail, in review and documentation
- Competence with MS Office software (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Ability to efficiently multi-task projects independently.
- Possesses or has ability to quickly develop a thorough understanding of clinical research revenue cycle
processes to be able to develop narratives and workpapers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with various teams and departments.
Preferred Experience
• Previous auditing experience in finance, health care insurance and/or revenue cycle is preferred.
