Key responsibilities
• Work with partners on supporting commercial actions such as clinical education and PCT run rate increase.
• Participate in the monitoring of the customer satisfaction and initiate improvements/corrective actions as necessary to ensure the customer expectations are met.
• Develop Co-marketing campaigns, joint account level partnership plan and tailored training program.
• Collaborate project with license partners planning and execution including Collect market,
• Collaborate with license partners to prioritize demand, Project design and Execution.
• Strength clinical value to reinforce the competitive advantage position.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction in reference KOLs.
• Actively participate in product change process, and contribute to develop and maintain product support documentation and processes.
• Work closely with the product management and Global marketing team to develop the promotion strategies.
Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant IVD and Clinical education field
Experience:
• 5+ years’ professional experience in relevant field preferably within IVD sales and or product management.
• Working knowledge on immunoassay market, clinical laboratory quality management and clinical education.
