JOB SUMMARY:
The Clinical Science Liaison (CSL) serves as a bridge between RCIGM and healthcare providers. This key position ensures that our products and services meet the needs of clinical teams and healthcare facilities. This position will build and maintain relationships with clinicians and other stakeholders, providing them with up-to-date, expert knowledge and support regarding genomic medicine, collaborating with internal teams while ensuring that the implementation of our services is seamless, effective, and compliant with regulations
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters degree in nursing, Clinical Science, and/or Genetic Counselor training or a related healthcare field
Three (3) years of experience in a healthcare liaison, clinical support, or similar role; preferably in genomics or biotechnology
Strong foundation in the principles of genomics, molecular biology, and their clinical applications
Knowledge of genomic medicine and pediatric applications
Strong understanding of genetic testing technologies and their clinical applications
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into practical applications for healthcare professionals
Proven relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel as needed for customer visits, training, and site implementations (estimated 20- 30% travel)
Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in a biotech, medical device, or diagnostic services environment is highly desirable
The current salary range for this position is $58.38 to $80.28
