We seek a **Clinical Services Coordinator** who will provide internal operational and patient support related to designated pharmacy products across departments. The services coordinator will support multiple pharmacy programs and processes to include, but not limited to, pharmaceutical programs, pipeline initiatives and field-based clinical processes.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Serves as a primary point of contact and support function for clinical services program management
+ Assists with management of various reports to include business reviews, time management, invoicing, leadership field status, adverse event reconciliation and other applicable business reporting needs
+ Supports consumer referral processes from various business departments
+ Provides inbound call-line support for relevant programs
+ Manages dedicated phone, fax and email communications and ensures timely responses to inquiries and requests for support
+ Manages program Smartsheets and associated processes
+ Supports field-training and associated questions related to specialized processes to include, but not limited to, medical billing, patient journey enhanced status tracking, New To Therapy, REMS processes
+ Assists with internal and external auditing needs
+ Escalates and reports non-compliance and data issues to ensure efficient resolution
+ Monitors operational performance metrics and results to identify opportunities for improvement
+ Assists with staff training and in-services for operational business initiatives
+ Provides assistance with program launch initiatives, supporting deadline execution
+ Assists with field level communication efforts executed by program management

**Required Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years of pharmacy industry experience
+ Prior experience using analysis tools or systems (ex. web based, custom, proprietary, etc.)
+ Experience in the implementation of quality process improvement efforts
+ Experience documenting requirements, creating training materials, and working directly with end users
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Solid analytical skills with attention to detail
+ Ability to code
+ Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment
+ Proven ability to manage deliverables in a fast-paced environment

The hourly range for this role is $19.86 to $38.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
