Responsibilities
The incumbent, as a member of the multi-disciplinary team, provides the following services to patients and/or families involved with MSJMCs Cardiac program:Psychosocial assessmentCounseling
Exploration of effective coping skills educationCoordination of the patient's progress through the continuum of care

Qualifications

Minimum Requirtments: 

2 years of acute care hospital experience or a combination of hospital and other clinical experienceCA Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Masters degree in Social Work from a university or college accredited by the Council of Social Work EducationBLS from the American Heart Assoication
