We are committed to creating an environment where every team member feels inspired, invested, cared for, valued, and have a strong sense of belonging. **Job Summary** This position will support surgical procedures in operating theatre, maintain close relationships with key customer accounts and ensure that their requirements are being met by the company’s products and service level. **Principal Duties and Responsibilities** + Assist surgeons and nurses in the use of Zimmer Biomet’s instruments and products in surgeries. + Maintain current knowledge of procedures performed. + Prepare & deliver ID Card + Maintain positive working and build relationships with key customer accounts. + Any other ad-hoc sales duties assigned **This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and may not necessarily comprise all of the "essential functions".** **Expected Areas of Competence** + Good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality + Strong focus on excellent customer service, desire to acquire knowledge and a drive to succeed + Strong problem-solving skill **Education/ Experience Requirements** + Degree or Diploma in Life Science/Science and Nursing Certificate + 2 years’ experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales to hospital OR nursing background with experience in Major Operating Theatre EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
