Abbvie is looking for a Clinical Specialist Migraine for Region Scandinavia: Norway, Sweden or Denmark

Abbvie is looking for a Clinical Specialist within migraine!
It is critical to ensure that our customers are trained appropriately on our product so that they can use it correctly and deliver optimal benefit to patients. The CS will ensure that practitioners are competent to use our product safely and effectively, and you will support the commercial IFT in their designated regions in delivering clinical support to their customers and drive use of the product within selected accounts.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
+ Improve patient care in the therapy area Migraine by supporting healthcare professionals (HCPs) to confidently inject patients and enable the appropriate use of AbbVie product.
+ Support HCPs to increase their knowledge, clinical understanding and advocacy of AbbVie product in the relevant therapeutic areas and approved indications. This would include providing education to HCPs on the confident use of designated treatments within approved indications.
+ Support HCPs to provide patients with appropriate information and enable informed decision making along the patient journey.
+ Contribute to the development of customer facing resources and meeting content.
+ Work as an integral member of the cross functional team, providing clinical insights to support the appropriate use of AbbVie products.
Key responsibilities
+ In collaboration with our sales team, identify customers who will benefit from more technical product support, and work in clinic with those customers to drive confidence in the use of our product.
+ Provide product educational services to HCPs, through a variety of channels, to support HCPs to increase their knowledge, confidence, clinical understanding and advocacy of our product in the relevant therapeutic areas and approved indications.
+ Ensure positive HCP experience with AbbVie products by providing ongoing clinical and educational support at all stages of the educational journey.
+ Build strong relationships and advocacy with HCPs nationally and within key accounts. Be seen as a valued resource through the quality of the education and support provided.
+ Maintain up to date in-depth technical knowledge of AbbVie product and in the competitive landscape.
+ Work with the cross functional team to prioritise target accounts, given the wide scope of the role. Provide insight and share best practice to inform National and Territory account plans, including proactively identifying opportunities to add value to HCPs and patients. Use innovative thinking and practices to overcome barriers and respond to critical business opportunities and threats.
+ Deliver activities according to plan and relevant Brand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), in order to meet or exceed national and/or district sales plans within expense budgets.
+ Monitor and review specific actions as identified and agreed within National and Territory account plans.
+ Share experiences, expertise, ideas, and techniques to assist with the training of internal colleagues in the team.
+ Actively seek, identify, analyze, and present new business or growth opportunities and improvement ideas on an ongoing basis.
+ Operate with the highest ethical standards and be an Ambassador for AbbVie and operating within AbbVie’s business code of conduct, policies, and all applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience
+ HCP i.e Nurse, Physiotherapist, Physician and/or similar
+ ABPI/equivalent local regulatory pharmaceutical body compliant/qualified
+ Drivers license
Mobility
+ Requirement to travel throughout country and within Scandinavia
Experience
+ Experience working within diverse cross functional teams and evidence of influencing and building relationships as part of this (essential)
+ Proven neurology experience in a clinical environment relevant for the therapeutic area:
+ preferably as an injector for Migraine treatment (desirable)
+ Experience in confidently presenting to, and educating others at national, regional or local clinics (desirable)
Knowledge and skills
+ Practical knowledge and understanding of the local health care system, including policies, protocols and political environment that may affect the work of HCPs.
+ Knowledge within neurology, including product, therapeutic, competitive, and scientific knowledge.
+ Proficient in the use of business tools and IT, including virtual engagement platforms in scenarios where physical travel is not possible.
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills in both local language (essential) and English (preferable)
+ High level of planning, prioritizing, organizational and problem-solving skills
