THE OPPORTUNITY
Excellent opportunity to build your career in a respected MedTech company in a permanent role. In the role you will aid the orthopaedics team in Joint Reconstruction, Trauma, Sports and CMF (Craniomaxillofacial) surgeries to effectively execute their strategies in Carins and Townville. This is a unique opening where you will work across multiple disciplines in numerous hospitals. No two days are the same in this fast paced, dynamic position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Assist in the promotion and safe and effective use of products through regular theatre attendance, customer education meetings, and training sessions.
+ Develop a rapport and strong relationships with internal stakeholders within the hospital environment.
+ Partner with the sales specialist to identify business opportunities across the portfolio in key focus accounts.
+ Provide educational in-service product presentations to hospital staff as required to develop your own learning as well as hospital independence.
+ Understand and retain technical information gathered through your training and apply it to the procedure and product platform.
+ Provide logistical support by managing seamless delivery of kits, following up with missing equipment, and assisting in the booking process.
+ Work collaboratively with colleagues to support and accomplish a business plan.
+ Maintain up to date market and industry knowledge
+ Timely completion of business reporting and administration as required
**Qualifications**
ABOUT YOU
+ A degree or qualification, preferably in a health-related area, engineering, or other technical field.
+ Ideally experience in a clinical or hospital environment; experience in orthopaedics is an advantage.
+ Aptitude for understanding and retaining information about technical devices and technology.
+ Must be comfortable working in a team environment, but also be extremely self-motivated when working alone.
+ The ability to communicate effectively, specifically technical information as it relates to the role.
+ A creative and innovative approach with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong work ethic with ‘can-do’ mindset – with the initiative to work autonomously.
+ Full driving license with a car to get to and from the hospitals.
