Healix Infusion Therapy, LLC is currently seeking for a full-time Clinical Staff Pharmacist to join our site in San Antonio, TX.

Our Clinical Staff Pharmacist oversee onsite infusion pharmacies and are responsible for the compounding, dispensing, and monitoring of medications for patient use at home or in the infusion center. The Pharmacist conduct clinical consultations frequently with physicians regarding drug therapy and interact daily with the office infusion center nursing staff to coordinate patients’ medication therapy plans.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.); two to three years of related home care or hospital experience preferred; meets all requirements of Level III Staff Pharmacist position. Employees must comply with all internal and external requirements for education or continuing education specific to job duties and/or licensure. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in home health
care/hospital pharmacy management. The individual must also have experience with JCAHO.

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Applicable State Board of Pharmacy License ACPE Sterile Products Certification CPR Certification
