Job Title: Clinical Study Manager

Job Description

As a Clinical Study Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of clinical studies. You will develop a cross-functional, integrated study plan, oversee site selection and qualification, and ensure operational delivery aspects of the protocol are met. You will act as a project manager for the clinical study team, coordinating with internal stakeholders and overseeing CRO activities to ensure timely delivery of study items. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with quality measures, managing study budgets, and providing oversight for CRO-generated documents. Additionally, you will support knowledge management and departmental training efforts.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully remote position.

Work Environment

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and external CROs. The role requires active participation in meetings, coordination of study activities, and adherence to quality oversight plans. You will ensure that internal tracking systems are updated and support audit activities. The position involves a mix of strategic planning, operational oversight, and knowledge management within a dynamic and collaborative work environment
