Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Clinical Supervisor to join our Community Regional Patient Flow team. You will work closely with the Unit Manager to assist in planning, organizing and directing patient care services, as well as handling administrative and HR duties. Collaborating across the unit while continuously fostering a learning environment will be crucial for a proactive leader with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills like yourself. Additionally, your responsibilities will range from overseeing day-to-day operations to assisting in staff development and budget management, to implementing and evaluating care. Your stewardship  will be crucial in ensuring the highest level of care.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required2 years staff RN experience in area of specialty providing a full spectrum of care in a variety of situations requiredMay substitute 2 years supervisory experience in lieu of 2 years staff RN experience 

 

Licenses and Certifications

RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California requiredBLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) requiredDisclaimer:
