Clinical Supervisor, Foster Care
Licensed Social Workers or Mental Health Professionals are eligible for $7500 signing bonus!
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee the behavioral health services for children placed in the foster care system. You will oversee direct clinical staff in their development and clinical work with children and families in the program. You will report to the Clinical Director and work a hybrid schedule including on-site and remote.
Responsibilities:
Interview, hire, and train new clinicians Provide individual or Group supervision to clinicians in the RTC, Group Homes, or Foster Care for everyday clinical work, clinical development and Licensing Monitor timeliness of documentation, Treatment Plans, Assessments and Assessment tools. Function as member of administrative team assisting in the development, oversight and implementation of regulation and practices. Work as part of a diverse team to provide comprehensive services to youth in our care, including working with psychiatrist, psychologist, residential supervisors, school, community providers and LDSS. Develop relationships and providing customer service to the county referral sources. Work with the direct treatment providers to establish treatment goals for children, using historical and current available information Meet and communicate with biological families, guardians, foster families, and caseworkers Perform Quality oversight and improvement servicesRequirements and Education:
3-5 years of clinical experience required, management experience preferred. LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or other related mental health professional license required, LMHC or LMFT with Diagnostic Privilege preferred.Benefits
