Responsibilities

Are you a seasoned professional with a deep commitment to guiding and supporting clinical teams? Do you have a proven track record of excellence in the field and a passion for enhancing the quality of mental and behavioral health care services? If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team as a Clinical Supervisor at Health Connect America. We are seeking an individual who is not only dedicated to the well-being of our clients but also possesses the leadership skills necessary to inspire and guide our clinicians. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of those we serve while advancing your career in a supportive and innovative environment. 

 

What will I be doing?

Provide oversight of clinical service provision for the team including quality documentation, proper use of authorizations, and educating on best practice   Provide orientation and training to staff and interns, as well as ongoing coaching and one on one support Lead treatment team meetings, assigning cases, and identifying hiring needs Monitor high risk clients and providing guidance and support when crises occur Assist PD in development and strategic planning for growth Ensure compliance with all state regulatory requirements and accreditation processes Assist with any grievances and disseminating important communication with team members, clients, and community partners

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Master's degree in human services field qualifying you to provide mental health counseling services. Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience working with children and families. Supervision experience is preferred.Licenses/Certifications: LPC or LCSW required
