We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our team at our program in Philadelphia, PA.

 

Earn $60,000-$65,000/year based on education and experience.

 

Position Details 

The Clinical Supervisor will provide supervision to counselors, interns, and assigned staff while assisting with optimal flow of clinical operations and assisting persons in recovery.

Trains and supports a level of staffing to meet program needs; and coaches supervisors to interview for their staff. Develops and enhances employee competence and effectiveness by providing on-going guidance, mentoring, feedback, and motivation to staff adhering to department and Merakey policies and procedures. Delivers annual performance evaluations, promotions, and terminations as necessary. Provide weekly supervision and bi-weekly team meetings and work on professional development with assigned staff. Provide weekly individual and group licensure supervision of assigned staff with ability Provide group coverage and other clinical services as needed or directed. Assist Persons in Recovery on a daily basis as needed when counselor is otherwise unavailable or unable to assist.
