Clinical Supervisor Northeast Family Services is seeking independently licensed clinicians to join our growing Illinois team in our office.
Under the direction of the Program Director, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the management of direct care staff and the content and implementation of the in-home treatment plans. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for adhering to professional and legal requirements and principles as well as demonstrating sound professional judgment at all times. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that each client on their caseload receives at least the minimum standard of care according to program standards and principles of “good practice.” The Clinical Supervisor is a licensed mental health professional who serves as the primary therapist and contact for home and community based as well as outpatient clients. The Clinical Supervisor oversees treatment methodologies and ensures the effective implementation of Outpatient treatment for the program. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the management of direct care staff and their performance. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for adhering to professional and legal requirements and principles as well as always demonstrating sound professional judgment. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that program standards are met according to State and NFS guidelines. Qualifications: Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required Clinical License in the state of Illinois - LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LCPC Prior supervision experience within the mental health field Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
