Clinical Supervisor
Job Description​

The Opportunity:

We are hiring a Registered Nurse Clinic Supervisor for our Platte City, MO and Smithville, MO Primary Care Clinics. This is a working RN position and will travel between the two clinics.

The Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8 a to 5 p

The Work:

Manages specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned.

Supervise assigned clinical departments.

Responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care including ordering supplies, QA regulatory compliance, OSHA maintenance of clinical equipment, and regular staff meetings.

Responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions discipline and staff evaluations.

Assist clinical staff as needed.

Overall responsible for working to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Applicable Experience:

Less than 1 year

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse - Various

Associate Degree
