Clinical Supervisor Job Details Job Location 11 East Street - Benton, ME Position Type Full Time Salary Range $28.00 - $32.00 Hourly Description The Adult Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor is responsible for carrying a part-time case load of Outpatient Therapy (OPT) clients in combination with the clinical oversight of the Adult Behavioral Health Program. OPT responsibilities include, providing assessments, counseling, and therapeutic services with the targeted goal of reducing excessive stress and providing positive orientation and growth toward integrated and independent functioning for children and adults. The therapist is responsible for assuring that services are being delivered using psychosocial, psychological, and sociological concepts, techniques, and process of evaluation and intervention. Clinical Supervisor responsibilities include clinical program oversight by assessing comprehensive assessments and service plans written by Adult Case Managers to identify areas of improvement, need for change, and providing Clinical signatures as required by regulatory and licensing rules. Clinical responsibilities include, creating relevant monthly Clinical Supervision topics, materials, and content, along with facilitating supervision groups for Case Managers and behavioral health field staff. Performing the Clinical Team Leader role for the Adult Section 92 Behavioral Health Home multi-disciplinary team and attending all trainings, conferences, events and monthly internal team meetings as outlined in the Section 92 Clinical Team Lead requirements in the most current MaineCare policy manual. Back-up or scheduled on call duties in a rotation to provide direction by way of Clinical consultation to all programs as scheduled required for this position. This is a full time (40 hours per week) position located at our Benton office.
