Job Overview:
RWJBarnabas Health is looking to add a qualified Clinical Supervisor to join their Primary Care Center department in Hillsborough, NJ. This position oversees 2 full-time Certified Medical Assistants.
Qualifications:
Required:
AS DegreeTwo to three years experience in related specialtyPreferred:
Previous office supervisory or managerial experience preferred. Primary Care experienceCertifications and Licenses Required:
CMA Certification or Current NJ Licensure required for LPN, RN.Scheduling Requirements:
Day Shift, 40 hours/weekFull-Time ScheduleEssential Functions:
Familiarity with Primary Care Quality Metric goals for a Primary Care Facility practiceStaff scheduling, vaccine ordering, PA processing Maintaining site compliance guidelines Clinical support on an as needed basisPatient telephone triageOther Duties:
