Clinical Supervisor (Hybrid Remote - CO)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of employees through cultivation of a high performance team
- Ensure adequate staff coverage for assigned program area
- Serve as subject matter expert for identified area of program knowledge
- Ensure assigned team is meeting contract and individual SLA's, and related requirements
- Work with contract management and shared services to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies
- May attend client and stakeholder meetings
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum of two years of related experience. -Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health, or a related degree program with an active mental health Colorado license (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) OR -An active, unencumbered, and unrestricted State of Colorado or Compact RN license in lieu of a Master’s degree. - 2 – 4 years of experience working with individuals with serious mental illness and -intellectual/developmental disabilities. -Strong communication skills -Proven ability to lead and develop a team -Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines -Effective in coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing client expectations
Preferred Skills: -Clinical PASRR experience - Health Care Experience with Psychiatric or mental health
