The clinical supervisor leads a team of up to 5 clinicians and provides direct support by providing weekly supervision, case consultation, crisis support, clinic coverage, and documentation review. Supervisors are to model an exemplary standard of care for fellow clinicians by conducting best practice with an assigned caseload of clients through model adherence when applicable and regulatory standards from stakeholders.

Responsibilities

***UP TO $2,000 SIGN ON INCENTIVE***

Provide weekly individual and group supervision for the implementation of clinical services for up to 5 clinicians and coverage support for peers as needed.Provide clinical crisis support during clinical hours of operation.Provide at least 2 days of onsite supervision support per week. Be well-versed in safety protocols, opening and closing protocols.Provide office-based clinical treatment to assigned caseload and complete all necessary documentation.Review clinician's paperwork, including but not limited to, intake assessments, treatment plan, and progress notes to ensure compliance with agency, model, and Office of Mental Health/other governing body regulations.Participate in all required agency, model and stakeholder trainings, individual and group coaching and staff meetings.In coordination with the Clinic Director/AVP: interview, make hiring decisions, and onboarding planning of frontline staff.Participate in monthly Program Monitoring Meetings to ensure team is successfully meeting all Key Performance Indicators Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Mental health Counseling or related subject area. Must hold an active state license (such as LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, and/or LCSW).Leadership, management, or supervisory experienceStrong individual and team organizational skillsEffective verbal and written skillsComputer literacy; including but not limited to proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and electronic medical recordsStrong clinical and diagnostic skillsStrong understanding and the ability to implement the following: risk and safety assessment, safety planning, trauma assessment, crisis management, incident reporting, treatment planning, and HIPAA policiesAn understanding and commitment to complying with the New York State Central Register of Abuse and Neglect protocol (requiring staff to comply with requirements to report any suspected abuse, maltreatment or neglect of any child)

Salary range - $82,846.97-$86,346.97/year
