The Clinical Supervisor Remote- PT is responsible for all clinical aspects of treatment for the patients they oversee. This includes the assessment and analysis of the patient’s skills and challenging behaviors, development of treatment plans, overseeing the implementation of treatment, collaboration with and training of their patient’s caregivers, as well as ongoing coaching and training of behavioral technicians. Treatment plans are primarily designed to address areas of medical necessity and may occur in a variety of settings including the CARD center, patient’s home, school, community, or via telehealth. Clinical Supervisors - PT report to the Group Clinical Manager. This is a non-exempt, part-time position and therefore is not eligible to participate in the incentive programs. This is a remote position, requiring a high level of self-discipline and accountability. While the position will have the flexibility to work from their home office, we maintain rigorous standards for clinical quality, communication, productivity, and collaboration. They will be expected to adhere to set schedules, attend virtual meetings, and meet deadlines consistently.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Uses clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patientDevelop and maintain treatment plansEnsure that all supervision hours are at 100% treatment adherence each monthEvaluate patients to identify both skill deficits and strengthsAnalyze challenging behaviors to identify the function of the behaviorDevelop functionally relevant treatment plans to reduce challenging behaviorsObserve treatment implementation for potential program revisionsMonitor treatment integrity to ensure satisfactory implementation of treatment protocolsDirect behavior technicians in the implementation of new or revised treatment protocolsProvides ongoing coaching and training to behavioral techniciansPrimarily works to support technicians and follow best practices of observationSummarize and analyze data to evaluate patient progress towards treatment goals and adjust treatment protocols based upon dataUpdate treatment plans at least once per month, based upon patient response to treatmentEnsure strict adherence to all approved treatment hours as determined by Manager and inclusive of Supervisory hours and therapy hoursAccurately communicate treatment response to treatment stakeholders (i.e., caregivers, payers)Coordinate care with other professionalsAdminister, complete, and score standardized assessmentsIncludes caregiver as a part of the treatment team, as evidenced by consistent Caregiver Collaboration meetingsInteracts with payers in a way that is collaborative, professional, thorough, and informativeEngages with payers as needed for funding meetings (i.e., IEP, peer reviews)Stay up to date on best practices for ABA treatment to ensure clinical excellenceMaintains appropriate documentation in Skills and the patient’s medical recordCommunicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families and colleaguesProvide a safe and supportive environment for patients, families and colleaguesMaintain compliance with HIPAA requirements at all timesPartner consistently and effectively with other center leadership including but not limited to: Operations Manager, Clinical Supervisors, Administrative Coordinator Technician, Behavior Technician LeadsResponsible for ensuring that no more than 20% of the total hours worked each month are non-billableFollow and obey all state regulations on rest break and meal break requirementsAttendance at non-billable trainings, meetings, etc. will only be allowed when approved by manager, prior to attendanceOther duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field requiredCertification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board requiredExperience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) requiredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Treatment for patients may occur in a variety of settings including the patient’s home, the CARD center, the patient’s school, the community, or via telehealth. Treatment environments may be subject to loud or excessive noise at times. This remote position requires a professional and quiet home office setup suitable for completing job duties effectively with minimal background noise and distraction. We foster a culture of collaboration and open communication through regular virtual meetings and cutting-edge technology which requires strong internet connection and the ability to present oneself on camera, video, and web-based calls or meetings regularly.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Be able to work with patients and staff using assigned technology, including but not limited to computers, laptops, iPads, cameras, phones, etc.Be able to utilize continuous visual tracking in order to monitor the movement of patients, as well as the items and circumstances in the surrounding environmentAbility to use a computer, iPad, or similar technology for extended amounts of time throughout the typical workday in order to complete job dutiesOperate basic office equipment and navigate and utilize relevant software programs effectivelyFrequently teach patients to use vocal speech.
