SCHEDULE: Full time, salaried position Monday - Friday 

 

REPORTING STRUCTURE: The Clinical Supervisor reports directly to the Rehabilitation Program Manager.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising designated staff and programs to ensure the provision of high-quality care and service to clients consistent with regulations and established best practices.  This position will support field staff with the following: rehabilitation resources for troubleshooting and care planning, yielding calls from therapists, and assist with client services request such as scheduling, customer concerns/complaints, billing, and software questions; backup for workflow and therapists in the field; and will provide direct supervision of Therapists & Therapist Assistants. The Rehab Clinical Supervisor will partner with the Rehab Program Manager to implement clinical initiatives, policies and procedures, while onboarding and mentoring Therapists & Therapist Assistants.

 

The Clinical Supervisor has responsibility as a member of the management team to participate in the planning and implementation of strategies and programming that assure high quality client care while achieving short and long-term operational goals and objectives for the Home Care program.

Qualifications Graduate from an accredited therapy program. Current license in the state(s) of practice & assigned program oversight.Three to five (3 - 5) years of experience in Home Care/Hospice.Demonstrated competencies in Home Care management and operations, quality and business management, team building and employee development, client and family support systems, governmental regulations and community Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Home Care and rehabilitation Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.Demonstrated computer proficiency.Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all About PHS
