Responsibilities:As the Clinical Supervisor for our Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine team, your role involves collaborating with the Unit Manager to oversee a team of 15, caring for a variety of wound types. You should be a knowledgeable problem solver with exceptional communication skills who pays meticulous attention to detail, all while fostering a collaborative environment. From directing patient assignments, to maintaining staff scheduling, to patient flow, you will be an essential part of delivering an optimum level of care from admission to discharge.
This is a unique opportunity to provide care in both the inpatient and outpatient care settings! Our wound care clinic is on-site at Clovis Community, meaning you will consistently benefit from the proximity and resources available from a hospital setting. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary physicians including plastic surgery, orthopedics, podiatry, internal medicine, vascular surgery, OB/GYN and more! Our wound care physicians have additional training and expertise and bring a high level of clinical care to our patient population.
Qualifications:Education & Experience
High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required2 years staff RN experience in area of specialty providing a full spectrum of care in a variety of situations requiredMay substitute 2 years supervisory experience in lieu of 2 years staff RN experienceLicenses and Certifications
