Job Description

As a Clinical Supplies Specialist, you will be contributing to the smooth conduct of global clinical trials, ensuring high-quality clinical supplies flow, and be involved in something new, outstanding and challenging.

Hybrid role in Prague, the Czech Republic

Responsibilities:

Clinical study supplies receipt, inventory and storageMaintenance of study supplies inventory system and databasePlaces purchasing/rent orders to suppliers of medication and equipment to be sent to investigative sitesAs part of this role, you will be responsible for purchasing commercial medication and ancillary supplies to support clinical trialsYou will work closely with global project teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of medication for our patientsCommunication with company departments regarding clinical supplies shipment, receipt, distribution and destructionSupports vendor selection, qualification, and contracting for clinical supply of marketed productsReviews project-specific study supplies and relabelling plansCommunication with company departments regarding clinical supplies shipment, receipt, distribution and destruction

QualificationsCollege/University degreeLife Sciences or Pharmaceutical degreeAt least three years overall industry experiencePrior administrative/clerical experience is a plusFluent in Czech and Intermediate English, spoken and writtenProficiency in standard MS Office applicationsStrong communication and collaboration skillsDetail-oriented mindsetDesire and ability to learn
