Clinical Support Coordinator 2
Our Client, a Health Insurance company, is looking for a Clinical Support Coordinator 2 for their Remote location. Responsibilities: + The Clinical Support Coordinator (CSC) will be assisting the Behavioral Health (BH) Utilization Management Team. + They will be contacting providers to request clinical information. + They will be locating BH providers for members who need follow up care. + They may be creating authorization cases (shells). + They may be approving services based on Extension of Authority (EOA). + Other duties may be assigned Requirements: + Agile Experience – 2 Years minimum + 2 years’ work experience required in a medical field + Case Management Experience – 3+ years + Health plan experience in customer service, case management or utilization management + High school diploma or GED required. + Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
