Key Responsibilities:
Utilize strong clinical expertise to help teammates and clients navigate WellSky solutions.Document Salesforce cases to accurately reflect complete investigation steps to drive outcomes, next steps, and client resolution.Create and maintain clinical training materials for teammates and clients.Work with solution management teammates to influence solution strategy and roadmap are aligned with industry standards, clinical experience, and client feedback.Collaborate and communicate cross functionally to positively impact client outcomes while utilizing WellSky solutions.Partner with clients through additional training and collaborative sessions to gather a deep understanding of client needs and current WellSky solution offerings.Perform other job duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceAt least 4 - 6 years relevant work experienceJob Expectations:
