Clinical Team Leader

We offer ongoing training and development opportunities for licensed and unlicensed healthcare team members, and have best in class clinical resources for training, education, and point of care support. **About this role** The Clinical Team Leader supervises a multi-disciplinary treatment team and ensures the delivery of quality care in the treatment of sexual offending to residents. As a member of the management team, theyfacilitateprogram development and the implementation of treatment-related policies and procedures. They alsoprovideclinical leadership, direction, and supervision to clinical staff members of various disciplines. **What you bring to the table** Education + Doctoral Degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology or related field. Experience + Two (2) years of experienceprovidingsex offender specific treatment or other related clinical services in a correctional or forensic setting. + Previoussupervisory experience in a mental health setting, or clearlydemonstratedleadership and organizational skills. + Superb clinical observation skills. + Excellent interpersonal skills anddemonstratedability to build rapport with a wide range of personalities. + Appreciation of the need for and ability tomaintainappropriate personalboundaries in working with sexual offender populations. + Ability to form andmaintaingood working relationships with a diverse staff and a commitment to enhancing cultural competency. + Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department. Licenses/Certifications + Licensed or licensed eligible as a Clinical Psychologist, orMaster’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field and licensed or licensed-eligible as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). + Current clinical member of The Association for Treatment of Sexual Abusers (ATSA). **What you will do** + Supervise clinical staff members, provide support and direction, and ensure compliance with laws, policies, procedures, rules, and regulations. + Conduct sex offender treatment groups and lead 180-day staffing meetings on residents assigned to their team. Deliver cognitive-behavioral treatment andpsycho-educationto individuals and groups as assigned, and document service delivery and resident progress. + Ensure that assigned staffisfamiliar with clinical and operating policies and procedures and informed on policy updates and revisions. Ensure that programmatic duties and responsibilities are being met by team members andmaintainquality assurance of resident clinical files. + Meet regularly with Clinical Director for supervision andprovideupdates and summaries of clinical operations team. Assume leadership role whenappropriateandprovidecourt testimony as necessaryregardingresident participation in and response to the treatment program. + Work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the facility,participateand contributeinteam and executive staff meetings, and contribute to program development, creation of policies and procedures, and other areas of administrative development of the treatment program. **Qualifications & Requirements** Education + Doctoral Degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology or related field.
