Earn $72,000-75,000/year , plus mileage reimbursement.

 

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to oversee and direct our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. This role involves managing a self-contained clinical team responsible for providing comprehensive treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to clients with severe and persistent mental health illnesses. The Team Leader will supervise and evaluate a multidisciplinary team, ensure service excellence, and act as a practicing clinician.

Oversee daily clinical operations of the ACT Team, ensuring adequate staff coverage by coordinating work schedules. Facilitate daily team meetings and maintain detailed logs of meeting discussions and decisions. Manage the client admission process, including scheduling interviews, conducting initial assessments, and coordinating treatment plans with the psychiatrist. Provide clinical supervision, including weekly individual and monthly field supervision, while maintaining relationships with staff, clients, and community resources.
