**Work Schedule** Standard (Mon-Fri) **Environmental Conditions** Office **Job Description** **Key responsibilities** + Develop the network with clinical KOLs in Taiwan. + Collaborate with country teams to develop product strategies for each country. + Identify and evaluate market opportunities for growth, engaging the account managers to drive business opportunities. + Build the sales pipelines and to drive the clinical adoption and actively to win share with Ion torrent solutions. + Track the run rate of system reagents and understand the business reasons behind the numbers. + Proactively initiate new strategies to grow the business and align with regional/global initiatives. + Ensure customer loyalty by prioritizing a customer-focused approach. **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities** + Capable of working independently and self-motivated. + Demonstrates clear and concise communications and is capable of interacting with a diverse population of internal and external contacts. + Ability to partner effectively as part of a team to solve problems, negotiate solutions, and reach a consensus. + Is customer-centric and keenly aware of markets, trends, and competitors. + Embraces and brings to bear diversity of culture and thought. + Consult with customers to improve technology utilization and successfully implement advancements in protocols, kits, and capabilities in clinical settings. **Preferred Qualifications** + MS or PhD or equivalent experience in life science is strongly preferred. + Strategic approach. + Growth mindset. + Hands-on leadership. + 5+ years of working experience in next-generation sequencing or oncology-related testing markets in Southeast Asia. + Is authentic, transparent, and leads by example, holding self and others accountable. + Experience in a clinical, diagnostics, and/or regulated market will be a plus.
