Job Overview:

The Clinical Technician performs a variety of clinical tasks under the direction of the Registered Professional Nurse; adhering to established hospital standards and policies.

Qualifications:

Required:

High School DiplomaOne (1) year of Nurse Aide/Assistant experience or satisfactory completion of an Aide training programBLS Certification through American Heart Association onlyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent customer service skills

Preferred:

Minimum one (1) year experience as a phlebotomist or EKG Technician with health care background

Certifications and Licenses:

BLS certification through American Heart Association

Scheduling Requirements:

Nights 11:00PM - 7:00AMEvery other weekend required, schedule during the week varies based on department needsPart-Time (15 hrs)Mandatory Orientation
