Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage clinical trial activities from initiation to closeoutEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelinesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement study protocolsMaintain accurate and complete study documentationMonitor trial progress and address issues proactively to avoid delaysSupport site selection, qualification, and training processes

 

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent experienceProven experience in clinical trial coordination or related roles desiredStrong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements desiredExceptional organizational and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentDiligent with a commitment to quality and accuracy
