The Clinical Workflow Specialist’s focus will be to support the sales organization in all clinical matters regarding pre-sales; participate in sales presentations and product demos and customer POC's (proof of concepts). This role serves as the primary clinical contact, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels—from front-line staff to leadership—to co-create a vision of success tailored to each customer’s needs.

 

Pre-Sales Specialists combine technical knowledge and sales skills and are able to explain, in detail, the clinical and functional aspects of a product or service and respond to any technical questions or issues that may arise. This role will coordinate directly with the sales team to relate the product to the clinical team members at potential customers.

As our Clinical Workflow Specialist, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

 

Pre-sales - Assisting in qualifying sales leads from a clinical standpoint. Working in a decentralized team, supporting sales, building relationships, and becoming the clinical subject matter expert for our customers. Being a trusted clinical advisor to prospective customers, building relationships with the clinical team members. Possessing deep expertise in the ever-expanding HID technology platform, utilizing its full capabilities to drive client outcomes and ensure they can leverage the technology effectively within their clinical operations. Managing key aspects of the sales cycle including requirements gathering, demos, proof of concept, and product specification and relating this to the existing clinical workflows. Acting as the primary point of contact for all clinical discussions, Q&A sessions etc. with prospective and existing customers. Sales calls - Being a clinical resource on sales calls and answer / educating the customer or partner on issues ranging from features, specifications and functionality to integration.
Post-sales – Being a clinical advisor to the implementation team and the HID customer base, this role will assist in building clinical workflow that supports our applications to build upon existing hospital workflows. Providing presales support and assistance in training Channel partners. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry, technical and competitive landscape. Being flexible to travel, up to 15-25%.
 

 

Your Experience and Background include:  

 

10+ years of healthcare experience with deep knowledge of hospital and clinical operations, particularly patient flow. Proven success in healthcare leadership roles, demonstrating the ability to build and sustain strategic relationships. Experience in consulting or a demonstrated ability to quickly influence and build rapport with diverse clinical stakeholders. Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills. Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Registered Nursing Experience a plus. Strong knowledge of Office 365 and the suite of products used to present, document and share your expertise with our clients. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At HID, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

 

The base salary in the United States is $100,000 to $109,000.

 

This opportunity may be open to flexible working arrangements.
