If the BS degree is not in nursing, a Master’s or higher degree in Nursing is required. *Note – if you do not currently have a BSN but are open to earning your degree, you may still be considered for this position! + Demonstrated competence as a Professional Staff Nurse. **Responsibilities:** + Ability to provide care and interact appropriately with patients of different age groups. + Knowledge of growth and development principles across the lifespan. + Establish and maintain positive relationships with executives, managers, physicians, and other staff. + Work effectively in a complex environment, handling multiple priorities and specialized equipment. + Exemplary clinical judgment and critical thinking skills related to patient care. **Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:** + Current licensure as a Registered (RN) in the practicing state.
