What You Will Do to Change Lives
Under supervision of a licensed clinician, the Social Work Clinician II provides clinical and casework services to members served and natural supports. This involves person centered recovery planning and collaborating with other services and agencies.

Expected starting wage range is $31.33 - $38.70. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate school and working towards licensure and registered with the Board of Behavioral Science One (1) year of direct service experience with individuals with severe mental illness in an inpatient or outpatient setting is required Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver. To Make Referrals: WALK-INS WELCOME. Individuals in crisis can access CSU services on their own or by referral. Referrals to the Merrill Center will be accepted from the San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) outpatient clinics, full-service partnerships (FSP), DBH Community Crisis Response Teams (CCRTs), law enforcement and first responders, hospital emergency rooms, mental health assessment teams, and other county medical clinics and departments.

Who We Serve: Adult and youth residents of San Bernardino County.
Hours of Operation: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
About the Program: The Merrill Center is a short-stay crisis stabilization unit (CSU) that offers 24/7 services to adults and youth. The Merrill Center aims to increase access to crisis services, reduce inpatient hospitalization, reduce the amount of time that law enforcement is involved in a mental health crisis, and strengthen the existing outpatient behavioral health services.
