What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Clinician Unlicensed provides mental health support services to members served and their families at the program. The Clinician also assists in the coordination of all mental health support services provided by the Team. This includes coordinating and collaborating with team members and outside agencies such as, the Conservator’s Office, Public Guardian’s Office, Probation Department, County Behavioral Health Services, and housing and inpatient providers.

Shifts Available:

Full Time; DAYS 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; Monday - Friday (Sign On Bonus: $5,000)

Expected starting wage range is $68,033.91 - $84,024.91.  The full wage range goes up to $100,015.91.  Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges.  The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed.  Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

o A Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field and working towards licensure 

o One (1) year direct service experience with mentally ill individuals

Olympia Next Steps is a long-term civil commitment acute 10-bed Evaluation & Treatment Center that will provide services to individuals experiencing severe psychiatric symptoms and can benefit from more structured services, supports in a secure setting. The program will provide recovery-focused services for the residents and provide a local alternative to long-term state hospital commitment. Residents are able to remain close to their family, friends, and community. Telecare programs transform lives, generate measurable outcomes, and reduce financial costs. Services are designed to respond to local needs function as a strategic, accountable, and experienced partner within systems of care.
