Clinician - PACT
      PACT CLINICIAN Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) (Mobile position in the communities surrounding Bedford, MA)   Starting at $30.00 per hour for license-eligible clinicians
Higher rates available for licensed and independently licensed clinicians   What You Will Do:
As a PACT Clinician, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing recovery-oriented, community-based mental health services to adults living with serious mental illness. You will build and maintain therapeutic, supportive relationships with persons served, and work collaboratively to promote independence and recovery in all areas of life. Key responsibilities include: Supporting individuals in identifying recovery goals and developing person-centered, individualized action plans (IAPs) Delivering clinical services in homes and community settings, including assistance with appointments, activities, and transportation Providing psychoeducation, support, and coaching in areas such as money management, self-advocacy, and symptom management Collaborating with team members to provide integrated care and coordinate services Follow the Evidenced-Based Assertive Community Treatment model to support individuals in Psych-Rehab.  Preferred Skills and Focus Areas:
