Salary: Annual $45,000-$54,000   PT $43.25 per hour

 

 

Description of Responsibilities:

Provide therapy and support in an in-home or office based setting Create client driven treatment plans Develop and connect to community based resources Provide guidance and supervision to Direct Care professionals

Required Qualifications:

Degree Masters Degree  LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LCPCcc, LCPC
