Job Description

Our Installation Team Member position is an entry position with great potential for growth. We will provide paid, on-the-job training to candidates with the right skill set and a great attitude!

Unloading and staging of all parts/materials required for system installationPreparing space and materials for installationInstalling basic wall-mounted home organization systemsInstalling “Luxe” home organization systems, including custom lighting, trim, and other accessoriesCompleting post-installation paperwork with an eye for detail and accuracyTraining: we teach you our process and help you develop the necessary skillsResources: trucks, tools, and uniform provided

QualificationsHS Diploma or GED; Trade or vocational school experience desirableStrong verbal, listening and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and in teamsExperience with common hand and power toolsAbility to work/stand on feet for entire 8+ hour shiftAbility to lift 50-75lbs; reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, and crouchUnderstanding of safety protocols and requirementsMust have valid Driver’s License and be able to work in clients’ homesAbility to work (4) 10-hour shifts per week
