Toll Brothers, the nation's leading builder of luxury homes, seeks a Division Closing Manager to manage our conveyancing team located in our Corporate office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

 

Responsibilities include:

Oversee a team of Closing Coordinators to ensure that the following is adhered to:Agreement of Sale paperwork is processed in a timely manner and any issues are identified and
resolved.Coordinate and schedule home buyer closings, ensure the closing paperwork is ready, prepare
closing documents as needed.Prepare and reconcile, but not limited to, weekly and monthly reports, as well as any ad hoc reportsrequested from Operations or Corporate Closing.Monitor new community openings and first closings at the community to ensure a process is in place.Attend quarterly Division Manager meetings as well as hold their own department meetings.Hire and train new employees, depending on the size of the team in place.Mentor and develop team members to provide ongoing training and address questions.

Qualifications

 

Related experience in residential real estate sales and closingGreat customer service skills and experience communicating with customersProficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel and Word), ability to learn other systemsJD Edwards World and Enterprise One experience helpful but not required
