Date: Nov 7, 2024 Location: Guaynabo, PR Company: Popular Workplace Type: Hybrid Closing Officer General Description Analyze and review the documentation related to the closing of mortgage loans. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Register and verify all invoices and documentation necessary to complete the mortgage closing. Coordinate with all the participants involved in the transaction to perform the mortgage closing effectively. Do the diligence to solve legal situations and to analyze the title search of the property. Education Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Experience One (1) year related experience such as Closing Officer or in banking (preferably). Other Qualifications + Effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills. + Oriented in customer service (internal and external). + Numerical and mathematical ability. + Capacity for critical analysis and interpretation of data. + Use properly program Outlook, Excel, Word and any other program related to the performance of duties. + Use correct English and Spanish orally and writing.
