Entering this domain positions you at the heart of IBM, where growth and innovation thrive. **Your role and responsibilities** Cloud Account & Billing Support Analyst Short Description: The Cloud Account & Billing Support team (CABS) is challenged with solving customer billing/ account-related Issues related to IBM Cloud accounts. Primary responsibilities include assisting IBM Cloud Client inquiries facilitated through various channels (online cases, phones, and live chat). This role encompasses client-facing interactions related to Account Management and new client registration. Responsibilities will include the following: · Registration, Activation, Login, and ID · Suspension and Cancellation of Services · User Management, Ownership Changes · Create Support Cases · Contract Modification/Support · Account Cancellations · Billing Questions and Disputes (AR, Revenue Services) · Reconciliations/Credits-Refunds · Order Processing · Discounts/Pricing Adjustments · System Outages (Login and ID) · Tooling and Automation (IMS, Service Now, SAP, BSS Dashboard, CyberSource, Engage Support) **Required technical and professional expertise** Required Skills:  · 5+ years’ experience in Customer Service, Collections, or Accounts Receivable · Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Must be client-focused and have good problem-solving & decision-making skills. · Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Suite and the ability to learn other software systems · Ability to work well both with groups and independently in an office setting and Remote · Ability to communicate both verbally and written · Ability to work on multiple tasks at one time · Position requires the use of a computer for the majority of the day · Must be able to sit for prolonged periods Eligibility Requirements: · Level of Education: Some College · Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, including holidays (24x5 -365)Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.
