Description We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to help shape our cloud strategy and lead mission-critical initiatives across the organization. The Cloud Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions. This role requires deep expertise in cloud architecture and a strategic mindset to align cloud infrastructure with business goals. + Design and implement cloud-native architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP. + Define cloud standards, governance frameworks, and best practices. + Provide technical leadership in migrating on-prem workloads to the cloud. + Evaluate and recommend cloud services, tools, and solutions. + Work closely with DevOps, Security, and Application teams to ensure cohesive deployment and operations. + Lead architecture reviews and collaborate on cloud cost optimization. + Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning in the cloud. + Create and maintain architecture documentation and roadmaps. Requirements + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. + 7+ years of experience in IT with at least 3 years in cloud architecture. + Hands-on expertise with one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). + Strong experience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep). + In-depth understanding of cloud security, networking, identity & access management. + Proficiency in scripting or programming (Python, Go, PowerShell, etc.). + Solid understanding of container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, AKS). + Professional or specialty cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert). + Experience with hybrid cloud and multi-cloud strategies. + Familiarity with microservices architecture, API gateways, and serverless. + Background in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
