Oracle boasts an unparalleled, industry-leading Access Governance native cloud SaaS solution, empowering enterprises with proactive and systemic access and governance management. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a robust background in consulting, solutions architecture, identity and access governance, and expertise in the Oracle technology stack. Additionally, integration experience with other identity solution providers is highly valued. In this pivotal role, you will also help shape our technology strategy with customer requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and provide leadership to a team of technical experts and solutions architects. 

Guide clients on the best possible implementation of Oracle Access & Governance and Identity solutions in the enterprise. Define and implement robust architectural solutions demonstrating Oracle technologies, aligned with business requirements. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure technical solutions are scalable, secure, highly available, and aligned with industry standard methodologies. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of access governance frameworks, emphasizing industry standard IGA solutions. Develop and carry out access control policies to safeguard sensitive data and assets within customer enterprises.  Collaborate closely with Development and Product Management teams to ensure AG services evolve according to customer needs. Lead a distributed team of solutions architects ensuring of customer success and high satisfaction with Oracle’s AG service.
