Role Summary:

We are seeking a Cloud Architect with over 6 years of experience and expertise in Kubernetes to join our dynamic team. This hands-on, highly technical role is accountable for working with our partners to help architect and develop complex end-to-end solutions. You will play a crucial role in modernizing and consolidating IT infrastructure, automating workloads, and pursuing next-generation innovation.

What You'll Do:Kubernetes Management: Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters in cloud environments.Cloud Solutions: Architect production-grade cloud solutions, with hands-on experience in Azure for seamless integration and optimization.Programming & Scripting: Utilize your proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java) and scripting for automation tasks.DevOps Collaboration: Work collaboratively with DevOps teams to remove obstacles, improve system reliability, and streamline processes.Cost Optimization: Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing infrastructure costs and ensuring efficient resource utilization across cloud environments.Framework Development: Design and implement a central framework to be adopted by all DevOps teams, enhancing consistency and efficiency across projects.Problem Solving: Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, enhancing system reliability and performance.What We’re Looking For:Experience:Mandatory:6+ years of experience in cloud architecture and Kubernetes.Strong experience in designing, deploying, and managing Kubernetes clusters in cloud environments.Extensive hands-on experience in architecting production-grade cloud solutions.Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java) and scripting for automation tasks.Proven ability to work collaboratively with DevOps teams.Preferred:Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platform.Technical Expertise:Mandatory:Expertise in Kubernetes-based architecture.Strong programming and scripting skills for automation tasks.Experience in cloud-based technologies, platforms, and applications.Preferred:Knowledge of cost optimization strategies at the infrastructure level.Soft Skills:Mandatory: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.Preferred: Previous experience in a mentoring role or leading a small team.Verification: Be prepared to undergo a technical assessment and code review as part of the interview process.Education & Training:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Why Join Harman?Innovative Projects: Work on cutting-edge technology that shapes the future of automotive infotainment.Growth Opportunities: Continuous learning and professional development with opportunities to mentor and be mentored.Agile Environment: Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment that values innovation and agility.Culture of Excellence: Be part of a team that values quality, creativity, and continuous improvement.
