Position Overview: The Cloud Commerce Automation Coordinator will be responsible for working with our extended teams in Cloud Commerce and Zones Cloud platform teams in designing, implementing cloud and software billing operational processes to optimize efficiency with minimal manual intervention. This role will capture the required details for subscriptions and offers and align the required data points to define terms, Billing, Pricing, Subscription Periods, Notification Schedules, Recurring fees, etc. This candidate needs to be able to communicate to multiple people internal and external to the organization. The role needs a keen eye for detail, a passion for process improvement and the ability to think critically in ambiguous situations. What you’ll do as the Cloud Commerce Automation Coordinator : The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
